The subject of today’s post is another of the Doug Gillard compositions from the Speak Kindly… collaboration album between Gillard and Robert Pollard. For “Larger Massachusetts,” Gillard composed the music in addition to recording the instruments, leaving Pollard to fill in the lyrics and melody. The result, of course, is nothing short of magical.
